The Stamford branch of Greenwich Bank & Trust has absolutely terrible customer service. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping customers. I have worked in customer service my entire life, and I have never had such a bad experience as I did at this location. If I could give zero stars, I would—but unfortunately Google doesn’t offer that option. What makes this even more disappointing is that the Greenwich branch of the same bank is completely different.
