Do not go through Stamets because he lied and would not allow someone who my mother was taking care of, to transfer her to a power of attorney, when the person was of sound mind. She was just disabled. He also lied to the IRS stating that my mother was self employment and earned money that she didn't earn, when she was not self employed and was doing the work voluntarily.
