He showed me all the options and helped me select the one that made me really look my best! It was ready for me earlier than promised which gave me plenty of time to prepare for the event. Rented a tux for my son's Prom Night. A week prior to the prom we called to cancel since his friends weren't wearing tuxedos. They refused to refund. The never told me of their "no cancellation" policy. They said it's written in the store and on the receipt. They offered credit but no refund or even partial refund. Also took 4 days to call me back to discuss.
