Small business family owned. Great service and friendly
I love this store Customer service is always great Boots are great as well clothes Small and simple I’m always coming back *cowboy hat, belt, boots in picture
Inventory appeared to be good. They may have had something I wanted to buy, but the reception I received was cold and unfriendly. My questions were tolerated with disdain. I left feeling like I had been punched in the gut. Is it a real business or a front illegal activity?
I shop there often. Rain is kind and helpful, and she tries to help every customer find what they need. The prices are very good and she has a great inventory of Cowboy boots, Western wear, and accessories. I check in to see new items about every 2 weeks from my last visit.
I did not end up buying boots here. But I do want to say that the customer service was amazing. They even followed up with me to see if I wanted to keep the boots I had on hold. They are very kind.
