DO NOT apply for a townhome here unless you are 1000% sure you want to live here. I applied and then after applying I was approved for a different home that I eventually signed a lease for, when informing Staley Crossing that I signed somewhere else they informed me my application fee would be mailed to me in a check over 2 weeks later after applying. I have lived at Staley Crossing since 2020. When I first moved there were different leasing agents and different maintenance staff and honestly I experienced issues. But after those people left I have had nothing but positive experiences. Rodney, the maintenance manager, is always so nice and helpful, he has a quiet personality but is always friendly and I feel comfortable when he is in my home. Scanned out of my 200 dollar application. When I have a 740 credit score. And well over the income threshold.
I moved from Staley Crossing in 2021. Three yrs later, i got served with a notice that i did not pay last month of rent. Three people in the house were turned over to credit bureaus messing credit up. One person still in school. I found where i paid. Save your receipts. These people cannot keep accurate records.
