When you call the office you get ai. It’s a little frustrating.
First off, talking to an actual person is almost impossible because of “Arlo, the virtual leasing agent”. It’s not awful to use AI to set up your stuff, but if you’re not even going to check when your AI bot has set up in person tour maybe you should rethink your workflow. I wouldn’t have minded if they said it had to be a self guided tour on the weekend, but it was very clear from the texts sent that there would be a person to meet.
