Same for me. I placed an order on 6/24/15 and it came out of my account. When I looked in Paypal though, it never appeared. I really dont know how they by- passed Paypal but they did and it came out of my ckg acct. I have reported them to the fraud department. I have since received a goofy email from someone from there telling me that Paypal is stopping their orders because of the conferate flags I have ordered and there is nothing they can do about it. Order placed 3 weeks ago. Now all phone lines busy. Fax number no good. Won't answer e-mails but did run my card. Now site says they can't received payments. Think they have closed up shop and left town.

I have been waiting for an order for over 2 weeks, I live 5 hours away in Charlotte. Made serveral attempts to call this business, no answer, no room on answering machine, no response to emails. I filed complaint with BBB and with Paypal to try and recoup my money. How did they make it in business for 10 years ?

Stainless Banners doesn't answer the phone, they will not return emails. they do not send ordered items in a timely manner. Don't use this company
