Classes, supplies, nice staff I've been in this shop many times to purchase supplies and attend classes. The teachers are the absolute best (especially for fusing) and they have an extensive inventory of supplies. The staff is extremely friendly and customer service driven. They are willing to give instructions, answer questions, and will help you to determine types and colors of glass for your project. Stained Glass Shop beautifully crafts it's pieces. I have two pieces made by this family owned shop & been very pleased with their work. They did seem to take quite a long time to complete & deliver my pieces but their craftsmanship was worth the wait. I love they feel my pieces give my home. I would definitely recommend my family & friends to this store.
Stained Glass Shop is skilled. I designed and purchased a long narrow stained glass piece from this shop. The plans took quite a while to draw up and the piece took even longer to make. This was my first experience with stained glass but their prices seemed high to me. Although the staff was very nice and helpful, I would not purchase stained glass again as the cost does not outweigh the beauty.
Nice but pricey I have been in the stained glass shop on a few occasions, looking for a unique gift. The items for sale are very nice, the detail is wonderful. The staff is very nice. The times I have been there though, I have never bought anything. I think it is slightly overpriced, and some of it could be done for a lot cheaper (the smaller items) with a do it yourself kit from one of the larger chain stores. The parking lot is very tiny, and the store is not stroller friendly.
Made the 20 mile plus trip out to by glass & supplies. Found the store empty and locked up.were plentiful mail indicating they were closing. Nice way to treat long Time customers. Emails wereplentif when trying too woo my businesses.😒☺️
The Stained Glass Shop Doing business with the store is like a comedy of errors...only not so funny. I live nearly an hour away so I plan my trips carefully. Twice I have made trips to pick up glass only to find it was not available after all. Near Thanksgiving at their 30% sale I purchased $150 worth of glass and since they didn't have any clear at the time they offered to order me some and promising the same rate. Great ladies, great store! I don't write many reviews but this place was a must.... The ladies were so incredible, helpful and knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else!
