I have done business with Stahls for many many years. Generally I have been satisfied with the service and products. There have been times with errors in orders and they are reluctant to correct even if it was their error. This time I am highly disappointed in a "policy" they have. This is my first time ordering patches. I went with a faux leather patch. I provided clean artwork. But did request a stick line border be added and paid the $30 art fee. Awful Customer Service. I have been a customer for 7 years and I have finally had enough. Their staff is completely untrained and unprofessional. Will never do business with them again.
PROS: I recently opened my business and chose Stahls' Transfer Express as the company to make my transfers. Currently, I only need to use their "goof proof" and " ultra color" transfers and have NOT been disappointed. Not only are their prints amazing and the colors are vibrant and eye-catching but every single time I have ordered a certain quantity, I have always received more than I ordered for no extra charge... Do not use this company so full of bullshit! Customer service is truly a wrecking ball! When you use there transfers they start to peel after the 4th wash! I have spent so much money with this bullshit company! Do yourself a major service avoid this company! So much better product out there!
Poor quality! They are selling faulty items! Check your order immediately after receive because the HTV films does not work!
