THEY CANCELLED APPT WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION!!! I have never gone to this place to have a massage so I wanted to try by booking 2 months prior to the appointment's date. I called them once on the 27th May (to tell them even it's under my name but one of the appts is for my bf). They didn't answer. In stead, they called me back but I was not able to respond. I love coming to this spa!! Valentyna does an amazing pedicure!! I'm always relaxed, feeling special, am treated like I matter . She pays such great attention to detail, leaving my feet feeling and looking amazing!! Honestly the best pedicures I've ever had have been at Stag & Raven!!
