Communication is key and it was nonexistent at this location. We toured in April 2024 and have been on the wait list ever since. I’ve reached out by phone and email (direct to the director, Regina) and received no response. I called again two days ago and they spent 15 minutes trying to find our info only to tell us that we’re still being waitlisted and that there wouldn’t be anything available for another 3 months. It’s a shame - we really liked the people and the facilities when we toured.

This is the best center! Ms. Regina, the director, knows your baby personally and will talk to you on your way in or out every day. My baby jumps out of my arms every morning straight into Ms. Tammy’s arms. Ms. Kristina has a heart of gold. Ms. Jasmine is so fun and makes every child feel special. Ms. Shanelle loves on babies like they’re her own. Ms. Tarnesha and Ms. Amber are clearly prepared and can manage the kids perfectly and somehow keep their room clean and nice! Love these people 🥰🥰🥰🥰

If you love your children and want the best for them, don’t send your little ones to this place. While some of the teachers are absolutely wonderful, some are mean & rude. I guess you could roll the dice and see which one your child gets. The director is also the cafeteria worker and substitute teacher. There is no assistant director. We were told he was “no longer allowed to work around children” with no other explanation. This place is severely understaffed and mismanaged.
