I recently toured this KinderCare location because I was looking for a safe and supportive environment for my son. Unfortunately, the experience left me very uncomfortable. During the tour, the person showing me around asked me, “Is your son special?” I found that wording to be inappropriate and insensitive, particularly coming from someone working in a childcare environment. I wouldn’t bring child to this location. Walked in for a tour my husband and I and a teacher was screaming at the top of her lungs in the toddler room at those children and I quote “pick up your stuff , your parents don’t live here” . The front desk woman motioned for her to be quiet when I said something I also let the director Regina I think her name is how I feel. I have had my son here since he was six weeks and my daughter when she was two years- it’s been nearly two years and I love it how they treat us like family. They’ve taken care of us and even was great when I pulled my kids for a summer off because I had a summer break. I even joined their team because they were so welcoming and I wanted to help them even more and it’s been so awesome! My daughter even says she loves school because of this place- her old daycare made her have panic attacks from attending so this was amazing!
