I am so glad I found Russell and Stafford Physio. Russell is friendly, professional, dedicated and shows an extraordinary attention to detail. His Treatment and Waiting room is nice, clean, fresh and bright. I was being treated by the NHS for calcified tendinitis in my shoulder, but I was still suffering chronic pain and unable to function. I made an appointment to see Russell Shill, he quickly diagnosed a trapped nerve in my neck. He wrote to my GP with his findings recommending a change in medication. First visit, with knee flare up I’ve had for 8 weeks. I’ve had fluid drained and steroid injection and I’m over the moon seriously thought I needed surgery. Russell was very knowledgeable, understanding and patience. Feeling really positive I can get back to training. 100% recommend- thank you
Russell treated my Mum for hip pain. He was excellent - very thorough and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. She was able to follow the exercises he set for her to do at home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
