Brian assured me he was competent in this area and initially made me feel like I could trust him with this complicated service. No contact was made for 2 months when there was missing information needed to complete the process. When I expressed my frustration with not being contacted in regards to this, and instead the file sitting untouched for 2 months until I called to check in, Brian ended services with me.
