Paula who I believe supervises is the best Woman ever. She had help me in a situation and went well beyond her job to do so. She seems like a loyal employee too so I really hope she is treated well. Thank you very much Paula. I appreciate your help.
They constantly try to make my son who is disabled and has an ankle and foot deformity along with flat feet and plantar fascitis walk nearly 2 blocks to be dropped off when the bus literally drives directly by us to get to that stop. I have called numerous times with no reply and have had this problem numerous times and everytime it finally gets fixed they decide to do it again ....its extremely frustrating especially when the other kids in the neighborhood without disabilities get front door service while they want my son t... read more
The system is a mess. Buses are often an hour late. New APP isn't updated until the bus is already late. The system was functioning last year. How could they mess it up this bad and not be able to get it right after 2 months?
