I went here once, they didn't claim an entire child on my returns. Thankfully I used a real accountant the next year and he caught the mistake! Only use this if you are too stupid to use money
Been going for 5 years, first 2 were good. Since they have moved from their new buidling their service has declined. This year was the worst I have ever had. 2 hour ordeal, equiptment not working, rude employees, and being charged 715 dollar for a single w-2 I will not be back!
Left messages 3 days in a row to assist getting my son's returns done while he was out of town. Not even the courtesy to return any of my calls.
