I've lived at Stadium District for 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. The location is unbeatable, especially as a baseball fan. There is not a comparable complex anywhere in Lansing that I have ever seen. It has the meijer next door, its just $50 for a gym fob, and has some cool restaurants around. I also appreciate the build quality and history of the building, great place to live.
Toured the property today in hopes to move in next summer and I can't wait!
I’ve lived here for over a month now and this is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in. I moved here all the way from Texas, I did not even tour the apartment before moving in. The office staff were so helpful and so kind to me with the move in process. The apartment was completely clean on move in day and you can tell it was freshly painted as well. Week 4 without heat. Would not recommend.
It is impossible to speak to a person to get anything resolved and although smoking is not permitted I get daily bursts of smoke coming in through my vents. If I could give a zero I would. I have never been able to buzz in a visitor, animals make messes that do not get cleaned up enough. overall fairly miserable experience so far.
