It is impossible to speak to a person to get anything resolved and although smoking is not permitted I get daily bursts of smoke coming in through my vents. If I could give a zero I would. I have never been able to buzz in a visitor, animals make messes that do not get cleaned up enough. overall fairly miserable experience so far.
Not worth it
Not a great place to stay, was told advantages of living here were it's quiet and units were supposed to be well insulated. We live right off of Michigan Ave, I should've known better. $150 lock out fee after they installed a new entry system, in which we were never told how to use. Adamantly, they were unwilling to lend a one time curtesy lock out credit, even though asked nicely. Elevators smell like urine. One of my favorite apartments in the stadium district! Beautiful granite counters and hardwood floors. Central location close to so much entertainment and food. Office staff are so friendly and truly care about their residents. Definitely a place to see if you are looking for a new place to call home!
It's a great place to live! Spacious, sophisticated and well secured. The location is accessible to almost all major areas. Timely inspection and maintenance to address any issues and the capital city market just next door is so convenient. The fireworks at Jackson field is a beautiful view from the apartment's balcony and definitely one of the highlights of the property.
