I shop here regularly because the selection is amazing. So much to choose from. Usually the staff is welcoming but at a recent visit I observed they all seemed subdued. Service was still fine, but the friendly energy I’ve come to expect wasn’t quite there.
This Giftive Hallmark at Far North is absolutely the very best and personalized shopping experience! The staff is amazing and professional! I shopping here at least 3 times a week! Rating 10++++!!!!
My wife loves this store? Why i don't know the store manager is so rude... I watched her interaction with a customer who had already paid for his card, and she literally walked up to him and asked did you PAY for that card already?? The staff needs some customer service skills, better yet take down the Hallmark brand and place "Card shop" it goes with the staff !!!
