The staff is rude. I have visited twice in the last six months, and both experiences were disappointing. During one visit, the staff argued with my 90-year-old grandmother about an ornament that was not included on her pickup list. My grandmother apologized for missing it, but the staff continued to point out that my grandmother had not included it on her list. I shop here regularly because the selection is amazing. So much to choose from. Usually the staff is welcoming but at a recent visit I observed they all seemed subdued. Service was still fine, but the friendly energy I’ve come to expect wasn’t quite there.
This Giftive Hallmark at Far North is absolutely the very best and personalized shopping experience! The staff is amazing and professional! I shopping here at least 3 times a week! Rating 10++++!!!!
