The worst customer service and repair department. Stacy furniture does not stand behind the furniture they sell. I have been rescheduled and had two repair people come out and do nothing, like literally useless. In addition they have cancelled and rescheduled multiple times for service.
Purchased Reclining Leather Sofa and matching Chair made by Flexsteel. Within a month, the cushions, headrest and arms were starting to bunch -up. Stacy sent a furniture repair specialists to add more stuffing. Then the color starting fading on the arms, seat and headrest. - brown disappeared and orange starting showing through. I took pictures and send to Customer Service. The manager's exact words were "What do you expect us to do, we are not responsible for the manufacturer's product". Really! After our house burned down we purchased the majority of our replacement furniture from the Allen location. 2.5 yrs later and the ottoman to go with our leather sectional still hasn’t been delivered correctly. Now they say they can’t actually get the ottoman they promised. So now we have the sofa and no ottoman. And we have to buy a different sofa to get what we ordered. They say whatever they need to say to get your money and them don’t keep their word.
Ordered bunk beds in January. Was told it would be 3 weeks. Ended up getting the beds end of April. Part was missing... here it is middle of May and my son still can't sleep on the bottom bunk because the part still isn't in. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. Please go elsewhere.
If you are thinking about a bedding purchase or new mattresses go see Jason Jordon. Jason is the most amazing salesman that cares about his customers. It is worth the trip no matter where you live. It was a privilege to meet Jason & work with him. We are so pleased. He is honest & does what he says. I hope the owners of this company know how incredibly lucky they are to have this caliber of a man working with their customers.

I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to purchase from and work with Stacy's Furniture in Allen. I think this is our fifth time to purchase major pieces from them. The sectional I got is beautiful and the salesman I worked with, Dan, was very patient and made me feel no pressure whatsoever! Though our sectional was delivered before Christmas, we could not set it up where it belonged due to our Christmas tree. When my husband and I tried to lock the pieces together we failed miserably!
