This rating is in regards to the work culture only. The members are awesome which motivates me to go to work each day. I love spending time with the members and creating new things for them. The facility is nicer than any others and the program is structured well. I just wish that the work culture was better and that all employees were treated fairly. After touring, I came in with high expectations; thinking that this company was way different than others. But I now have a better appreciation of the proverb "All that glitter... read more
