Terrible. My wife had an appt on the schedule for TWO months to see Dr. Bang at her Georgetown location. One week prior to her appointment, Megan, from her office calls saying Dr. Bang is going on vacation, so she will have to reschedule "later in the fall" -- basically punting my wife to the back of the line. Attempting to call Megan back was futile. She neither picked up her phone nor returned our voicemail.
