We just had a great senior pictures session and Stacy was wonderful throughout the process. Will be using her in the future.
Update: scheduled photos with her for the second time. The photos the first time were so nice! However, communication is very lacking. We met her at Holliday park (which is quite large) and spent like 20 minutes trying to find her. We almost gave up and left. She said a week and a half to get photos back. It has now been a month. BEWARE. Stacy took our newborn and family photos on January 12, 2025 and as of March 20, 2025, she STILL has not sent us our photos. We paid her in full same day at the end of our session. I have tried emailing, texting and calling her over the last two weeks and she will not respond to me at all. This is extremely frustrating. My friend that recommended her said she also struggled to get photos back in a timely manner, but my experience is by far worse.
