I walked into Stacks Discount today looking for a tutu skirt. I believe there were no sizes written on it, although we assumed there must be different sizes. We also noticed one skirt that was already open, so we tried that one on just to check the size, as it looked like it could be the right fit and it was perfect. I accidentally left my wallet on the counter at Stacks when I was there yesterday buying something. I did not realise until today, and, in a panic, rang them to see if it was there. Thankfully, all staff at this store are honest and professional and did NOT take the opportunity to steal anything from my wallet or use my credit cards. I will be forever grateful there are such good people in the world! Thank you Stacks!
I contacted this store today to check if they had one size up of the pyjama I bought in a wrong size, by mistake. The attendant was extremely rude and no patience on the phone, it sounded she was in a hurry, I don’t know. Terrible customer service on the phone. I hope by the time I go there to exchange this item, people treat me with respect.
Was testing one of their products and then had popped later a worker came out and told me I was playing around messing the place up as I kept saying I was very sorry and I would pay for it and me and my friend had only just walked into the store, the worker was this pretty rude Indian man, personally I wouldn’t even give it a star. Great range of products and I found the staff to be friendly. It was very busy and lots of school kids being annoying. Feel sorry for the staff.
