culture of ABUSING young women and APPALLING service, my young sister and her friend went into this establishment to try and get some glitter spray, the employee told her she could spray it to try it out. it was obviously faulty and got stuck spraying everywhere, the manager then proceeds to yell and berate these two young girls making them pay for an obviously faulty item that they were told to try out. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES
Personally, I went in there to find some glitter spray, not good customer service to start with. He then proceeded to make me buy a faulty bottle claiming I dropped it.
Terrible customer service and hugely over priced with their blow up balloons. Mine popped as soon as I got out of the car. When I came back to them to query why they said the outdoor temperature is known to pop balloons and they wanted to charge me again for the helium! Disgusting store.
Month of visit: July 2024 A shop to buy goodies for birthday parties, kids’ events, or any kind of celebration. They also have some household equipment, candles, artificial flowers, etc. Reasonable price and i found it fun here. Although it looks like the quality is not the best but fun to see. Located right in front of ALDI
