I contacted this store today to check if they had one size up of the pyjama I bought in a wrong size, by mistake. The attendant was extremely rude and no patience on the phone, it sounded she was in a hurry, I don’t know. Terrible customer service on the phone. I hope by the time I go there to exchange this item, people treat me with respect.
Was testing one of their products and then had popped later a worker came out and told me I was playing around messing the place up as I kept saying I was very sorry and I would pay for it and me and my friend had only just walked into the store, the worker was this pretty rude Indian man, personally I wouldn’t even give it a star. Great range of products and I found the staff to be friendly. It was very busy and lots of school kids being annoying. Feel sorry for the staff.
