unfortunately all the employees seem pretty unenthusiastic and the male adult looks extremely bored and acts that way towards his customers, even at the checkout they have the most disrespectful look to you and are pretty rude even if you the customer are very polite. It’s pretty sad because it’s not hard at all to try and it would actually make a difference. Even as a repeat customer it’s always the same bad attitude, wouldn’t really recommend this store anymore

Absolutely RUDE customer service at console. Sorry and thanks are not in their dictionary. And the way making their face towards customers are customers are taking things from them for free. Absolutely rude and disrespectful behaviour. And yes they are rasist as well. I will never go to this store again as you dont deserve Business. Mate you are in Australia not in your home country. Go to local super market and learn how to Handle Customer.while customer need any help or anything happen at the console.
