Absolute money hungry slum lord's. Have lived here since 2017 and all was good until Stackhouse took over. Water issues for over a year with the canned response of " Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience". Lot rent almost doubled since 2017 and not a single improvement has been made, roads are crap, lots are torn up. Had water issues ......again yesterday ..leak was found and the repair crews left ( guess it was quitting time ) and leak was still not fixed. I can't stress this enough, if you are here looking at reviews and thinking about buying a home from them find anywhere else! If they are approving you for a loan cause you are having trouble other places find a loan shark. One with multiple felonies will respect your tenant rights more than this place I promise you. Very sketchy practices this place, mind blowing they are still in business. They over charge for water I wouldn't give to the outside stray cat, they shut the water off every night and it's on some kind of cheap... read more

Not a place you want to live, place takes advantage of the lower class, even us people who take care of their place and pay rent on time. What they have done to me and my family I could take them to court for but I don't have the time and money for all that and they know it, have many other stories from other residents, believe what you read here and DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE!
