Every Friday for the past month they have been cutting that water off from 8am-5pm we can wash,shower,clean do nothing we have zero water all day DO NOT MOVE INTO A HOME OWNED BY THESE PEOPLE.
I've been trying to pay my almost triple since I moved in, lot rent for 3 months and can't even get a call back,but, the park manager had ample time to draw up an eviction notice and get it to me by certified mail... $1,700.00 + and all she has to do is take it...it's not like I don't want to pay... Anybody want to buy a trailer...cheap... I'm out of that nightmare on Baxter Lane...
I don’t even want to give this company ONE star. I am a resident in rolling valley estates. Our experience since stack house has taken over has been despicable. They expect us to pay a monthly bill for water. It is WELL water, and WHEN the water is actually running, they issue a warning not to even drink it and to boil it for safety. Right now, we have no running water AGAIN. Every time the water comes back on we have to run it for several minutes to clear out all the dirt and sediment, which also gets into our hot water tan... read more
