I can't stress this enough, if you are here looking at reviews and thinking about buying a home from them find anywhere else! If they are approving you for a loan cause you are having trouble other places find a loan shark. One with multiple felonies will respect your tenant rights more than this place I promise you. Very sketchy practices this place, mind blowing they are still in business. They do not answer phone. Do not return messages. It's a real shame for adults to be like this. It's supposed to be a professional business. Management Sucks. Tree fell on our mobile home during Feb.ice storm. Stackhouse said not touching it. There darn tree. We didn't plant the 100 yr. 75ft tree. All it is, is money. We sure as hell not paying them.

My brother has been waiting for a response for a lot lease response in Izzi trailer park in Strattanville, PA. They say that they will respond in 1 - 3 working days, well it is a week today and still no answer. He is going to buying a trailer here in this park if he is approved to rent the lot. I don't get why they won't give him a yes or no answer.
