From start to close communication was very poor. Seemed rushed and added unnecessary stress. Asked questions and wouldn’t hear anything for weeks. Recently we were working on a refi and didn’t hear anything for weeks. Come to find out she and her team left CMG. This was in the middle of my refi. I only found out because I emailed her team and someone else from CMG replied and stated that Stacy and her team no longer worked for the company. In my opinion that’s not good business practice. Be cautious
CMG Mortgage is simply the best!! We had shopped around with a lot of different lenders and talked to so many companies, but none of them compared to the service we received with CMG. Stacey and her team were awesome. From the moment I talked to them I knew they were who I wanted to finance our first home with. Stacey, Erik, and the entire team were amazing! They made the process seamless and I never had to worry. They never missed any deadlines and were always early. If there were ever any obstacles, they handled it with ease, always finding ways to say "Yes" to anything I needed. I will definitely be returning to the CMG family for my home.
