It’s very rare for me to write a review when an experience doesn’t go well, but this time I can’t help it. First of all, the masseur J. was very harsh and aggressive, repeatedly criticizing me for booking only 45 minutes instead of a full hour, saying it was “stupid” because the price difference was small. He mentioned it several times and seemed genuinely irritated—sorry for not having a lot of money. I had my first ever remedial massage yesterday with Maciek. It was incredible. I have been struggling with TMJ, tension headaches and a lot of tightness in my neck and traps. I don't know exactly what Maciek did in my 60-minute appointment but it was nothing short of magic lol. I feel significantly less tension in my upper body today. I have already booked in for another appointment next month. Maciek was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked into the massage room. 10/10.
