I have now been to Stable Massage in Hampton three times and have had an amazing experience every time. My first two visits Jana used her expertise in dry needling and deep tissue massage to completely alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. My last visit I had a very relaxing massage with Irene at the end of a long week. Thank you for the expert and professional care!
Arrived struggling to walk, left leg was stiff and in pain when moving. Jason rapidly identified the possible causes, moved into treatment (combination of dry needling, acupuncture, remedial) and walked out with no worries! After a few additional days of rest post treatment, pain free and regained mobility of my leg again! Highly recommend! Very professional, efficient and effective! Thanks Jason

I had a massage today with Jana at Stable Massage and she was incredible. I came in after an overseas trip with a really bad lower back and tight hips from long drives and hours of walking. Jana listened carefully and managed to get straight to all the tight spots, sorting my body out completely. I've already booked my follow-up for next week. Highly recommended!
