Absolutely rude people. There are so many safety issues with my child's bus stop and absolutely nobody cares, we could easily be hit by the bus and the answer I was told was "too bad" basically. Hoping to get it resolved, but just an FYI the bus drivers are very uncaring and must not know any of the safety issues that are in the bus driving handbooks. They treat me as if I'm lazy or rude, which I have been nothing but kind from the beginning. Unprofessional and unbelievable.
