St Vincent’s Care at Mitchelton is a fantastic facility with dedicated & hardworking staff. I loved the time I spent there with my Dad. The facility holds a special place in my heart. I highly recommend.
We recently visited a family friend, and unfortunately our experience wasn’t very welcoming. The manager, Janelle, along with the lifestyle staff we were introduced to, Kellie and Julie, did not come across as friendly. First impressions matter, especially when meeting new people, and we wish the interaction had been warmer and more welcoming.
My sister has settled in very well.
