After a year long report into my dads death in the Toowoomba facility it was found this company were negligent in his care. It was stated in the report we would accept a written apology, we received nothing. From not doing basic clinical cares to not even getting him oxygen when he needed it. Don't be fooled by all the pretty photos, there is no care, my father kevin was blind and immobile, they wouldn't even shower him properly.
