Killed my grandad but at least the lawn is mowed I guess. (Systemic neglect, open sores, cold showers, colostomy bags not changed, no ambulance called for 2 days with blocked bowels and was accused of being disruptive when calling in pain)

As a previous reviewer has stated, it is hard to put into words the care, compassion, respect shown to our father during his residence there. He spent his last 12months cared for, comfortable and enjoying every day. Most days on the 3hole Putting green or at the Pool table. Activities including bus trips to a variety of places, regular group morning teas.During his last days the care, compassion and attention given to Dad was of the highest quality. I really hope you guys are bought to account after the preliminary findings came out on the care of my father Kevin. I cannot even believe the sickening acts you did as a service. Others need to be aware that you guys did not even offer him oxygen when his o2 stat's nor escalated when he needed an ambulance. The report has come out and it's been proven on your clinical negligence. Not even an apology on what this nursing home has proven to have done.
