Amazing nursing home, can’t fault it. Always treated with respect and staff go above and beyond without being asked, I have been to both Southport and Arundel facility and they are both very well managed
My Aunty Colleen has now been in the same clothes including under wear for near 4 weeks as the staff can’t navigate how to encourage her into fresh clothes very disapppointing and not a great standard of hygiene and dignity encouraged
Visited friends - very warm, comfortable and secure feeling for the residents.
I have had 2 friends in this nursing home. It is just OK. Nothing special or great. Unfortunately all nursing homes have issues, some more than others. After all the enquires etc into nursing homes, nothing has changed and I don't think it ever will. I wish they could just get the basics right in this home.
