If a staff member calls in sick you do not call up people to cover the shift. You expect staff to manage the floor taking on the role of two people. You also expect staff to perform the role of organising food in the kitchen too lazy to hire someone to cook and clean. You make sure you have enough people on inspection days but you do the wrong thing by your staff members. You will be held liable.
Don't bother with this lot. Totally unsatisfactory effort and response to a frail aged local parishioner of over 40 years. How dare you not offer the slightest bit of help in her time of need. You should hang (your heads in shame)
