I would highly recommend St Vincent’s Aged Care at Kangaroo Point. My father was treated with respect and dignity and the staff were so lovely to dad, the family and me. The facility was kept clean with lovely gardens and nice views to the city. The downside in my view was the parking and lack of public transport, however dad’s care was more important.

The Staff are exceptional; happy helpful smiling just wonderful carers regardless of their role. The place is well managed and nicely appointed and of course beautiful gardens and great views. So happy to have my mother-in-law where she has always dreamed to be when she couldn't be independent.

My mother has been living here for a while and we used to feel confident in the care. Unfortunately, over the past two weeks the staff have been arriving very late in the mornings. She often waits until around 6:40–7:00 am before anyone comes to help, which is far too long for her needs. I raised these concerns with management, but they dismissed them and nothing has improved. I’m now considering moving her to another facility because reliable, timely care is essential.

I had the pleasure of working as a contractor for an event at this aged care facility during a service at Giovanni Chapel, which was conducted by Fr. Stephen Camiolo. The aged care and chapel itself are quite clean and nice, and the staff seem polite at first glance. However, my experience with Fr. Stephen Camiolo was disappointing.
