★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely disappointing hiring process. After multiple attempts to secure a position as an AIN, despite knowing I met the criteria more than 100%, I've been unsuccessful every time. The process feels heavily biased, seemingly favouring non-citizens over citizens who actually possess knowledge and experience relevant to the Australian healthcare system. A real shame you look sideways on a person who is undertaking a nursing degree.
I had the pleasure of working as a contractor for an event at this aged care facility during a service at Giovanni Chapel, which was conducted by Fr. Stephen Camiolo. The aged care and chapel itself are quite clean and nice, and the staff seem polite at first glance. However, my experience with Fr. Stephen Camiolo was disappointing. I wouldn't of even given 1 star, if I didn't have to, I had to, to leave a review! This place is utterly disgraceful! We have recently just had a family member pass away here after spending a good 10+ years in this facility. We trusted this place to look after and care for our loved one. Only to discover this place has robbed our loved one of money, jewellery, keycards, valuables, when asked about these things no one knew anything!. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR LOVED ONES ON THIS HELL HOLE.

Horrible place to work as an agency staff. I had S8 medications due and called every other nurse to help me administer them, for an hour and half, I had NO help from any nurses (mind you there were 4-5 of them) to administer these important medications because they all claimed they were too busy. Every nurse knows how critical it is to give these medications on time, apparently this aged care does not.
