Rude staff
My mother has been living here for a while and we used to feel confident in the care. Unfortunately, over the past two weeks the staff have been arriving very late in the mornings. She often waits until around 6:40–7:00 am before anyone comes to help, which is far too long for her needs. I raised these concerns with management, but they dismissed them and nothing has improved. I’m now considering moving her to another facility because reliable, timely care is essential.
I had the pleasure of working as a contractor for an event at this aged care facility during a service at Giovanni Chapel, which was conducted by Fr. Stephen Camiolo. The aged care and chapel itself are quite clean and nice, and the staff seem polite at first glance. However, my experience with Fr. Stephen Camiolo was disappointing. I wouldn't of even given 1 star, if I didn't have to, I had to, to leave a review! This place is utterly disgraceful! We have recently just had a family member pass away here after spending a good 10+ years in this facility. We trusted this place to look after and care for our loved one. Only to discover this place has robbed our loved one of money, jewellery, keycards, valuables, when asked about these things no one knew anything!. PLEASE DO NOT EVER PUT YOUR LOVED ONES ON THIS HELL HOLE.
Across the board, the staff are caring and dedicated to the well being of the residents.
