Wonderful friendly professional staff. Beautifully maintained building. Mom clinical furnishings. Since making my home here at end of March, my space is large and comfortable and my room is my home. This really does feel like “home”. Oz Care provides excellent care and Management welcome feedback from residents and their families. The staff lost my poppy for 5 hours and put his phone through the wash. They also lost his $8000 hearing aids and refused to pay. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Staff keep parking in visitors parking and not caring when they have Staff parks 🤬 Staff are not friendly towards some people Bosses seem to not care Deffently wouldn't recommend till things get fixed.
