Great community Organization
Hard to get someone to answer phone calls. I hate to leaving msg because they never return my phone call. That frustrated! Nobody at front desk and nobody at property manager desk to answer my important calls!
BEWARE. Worst apartment management ever. Will deny your application for an apartment, for using a mailing address of a property they own ( i have family living at one of their properties) and claim its against there policy to use that as an address, when it never said that anywhere on the application i signed. What if someone is homeless?? Did you guys ever think of that? Also I have reliable income and your first thought would be "Hey, we should get this guy an apartment and take this guys money." Right??
