Not answering people's calls every day this is horrid
I used to love these stores. They speak about community but their prices of products match retail at this point. There’s never a lack on product or clientele. What’s the point of keeping prices so high on products they receive for free?
Earlier today I witnessed a manager reprimand an employee in pubic... I thought to myself, "How Unprofessional. Do they not train their managers??" That was definitely a conversation that should have been held behind closed doors. Way inappropriate.
I ride my bike and take the bus and keep a backpack with me to transport what I'm buying etc. St. Vincent DePaul has a no bags policy now and that is okay BUT they expect you to put your backpack in a place where someone could easily walk off with it. They used to provide you a safe place to put it but not now. Goodwill provides a locker and will get my business from now on until Vinnies offers some customer service.
