My grandmother was just recently moved to St Viateur. She was in a private assisted living facility. The location is very dated, however the staff has made up for the old building. She’s been there for a week. Everytime we visit all The staff are LOVELY. Sooo kind. We’re only English speaking and so is my grandma. She has dementia and they’ve been so kind and patient with her and our family. It hasn’t been an always easy transition for her but the staff have made everyone feels special and loved. Would be careful before putting a love one there. Very unhappy.
Some of the nurses and staff are very rude and unprofessional!!! Had to take my mother out of there!
