After months of receiving physical therapy here, I’m (weirdly) sad to have to say goodbye. I’ve had 8 sessions with PT Ethan Freedman and 6 with Sam (a PT-student training under him), and my functionality and strength have improved ten-fold; I was finally able to return to doing what I love, again! The whole staff is great and have inspired me to concentrate on my pain management and healing process.
They have bad scheduling practices and today I went to my appointment and checked in at the front office. Waited for an hour in the waiting room. Went back to desk to see why I was waiting so long. Well, they didn't actually check me in (even though i told the girl first tjing when i arrived) so nobody came to get me. At that point the therapist couldn't see me as she had other appointments so I took off work and wasted my time in a waiting room.
