I called multiple times and no one answers the call.
The worst customer service ever. They changed their banking system, and it’s been a complete mess. I tried to log into my account, but I couldn’t access it. After my third attempt, my account was blocked, which I completely understand. I spent the entire day trying to reach someone who could unlock my account. I called multiple locations, but no one answered the phone. I left several voicemail messages, yet no one called me back.
