I was texted and told to come in to collect DMK EFA, so I drove 45 minutes to the clinic. When I arrived, I was told they’d actually been out of stock for some time and wouldn’t have any for quite a while. The lack of stock wasn’t the main issue—it was the customer service. When I explained that I’d driven 45 minutes because I’d been told the product was available, there was no apology or empathy.
