The most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I had a relatively uncomplicated separation that should have taken weeks to resolve but instead it has gone on for over a year. Multiple attempts to contact her through email and phone were never answered. Finally we transferred our file to a different mediator and she finally answered an email claiming that she would bill for the complete 5 hours allotted for our mediation. As if divorce is not hard enough......
