Maybe it would have been fine except that at registration they didn't get the proper insurance info from me. They sent me an email bill which i never saw, but got called by Trinity Health. I spoke to two people to let them know of my secondary insurance and they assured me it would be taken care of. Well, it wasn't and I got a notice from a collection agent. NOT 3:30 if you want a walk-in X-ray. Informed at desk that X-ray techs only there 7am-noon. And only on Mon and Tues, but Tues will go by the boards soon. Was this conveyed to me on phone when I called? Of course not. I could go into hospital and get X-rays, but from experience your insurance (including Medicaid) charges double, sometimes triple (thus your co-pay is more) for any procedure performed IN a hospital. Wasted my afternoon, and incompetent info disseminated on website and to public.

I think St Peters is a great hospital. Today I had an Outpatient UGI scheduled. Didn't feel well and called at 6:30 to cancel no message machine.
Unfortunately, today I will write a bad review. I was assigned an ultrasound in the Brest center at 9-20 in the morning. At the reception I was sent to another building. And from there they were again sent to the central reception. I almost missed my appointment. But, to my annoyance, I waited for my ultrasound for about an hour! Instead of getting to the ultrasound by 9-20 in the morning, I only got the ultrasound at 10-15. I was noticed only after I myself asked why I was waiting so long. I was upset by this circumstance.
