City utilities are garbage. Stupid expensive, terrible communication. They don't email, call. Or anything else. They have no programs for support and because the people of Saint Peter are forced to use them, there is no competition to create innovation or lower prices. Calling them is a joke, no incentive to help people just, well that's the way it is pay it all and quit complaining.
