Overall good experience but unfortunately couldn't give it 5stars because there was someone at the ticket desk who was very rude. There was no one in line or at the desk being helped and 5 people behind the desk all just talking so my fiance and I walked up in which an older gentleman said he didn't call us go back and wait. This airport is by far the nastiest and rudest airport I have ever been in and I have flown a good bit of times. I understand there is a government shut down but that doesn’t mean that you lose decency in the process. I have never had to throw away an unopened bottle of coke before and they made my husband and I throw away our drinks. There is trash all over the seats and floor, and many of the seats are torn and worn out! This will be the first and last time I ever use this airport!
