Did not keep track of my investment or return phone calls and accused me of firing firm when I only moved part of my accounts but kept some accounts with them. Also feel products are sold for their benefit and not the customer. Used to be good but not now!!

Joe has been handling my retirement account since 2008 and I am very satisfied with the loyalty he has given me. He is available when I need to talk to him and is always looking out for my best interest. Also, Lisa is the most pleasant and always helpful receptionist.

My grandmother bought me a gift when I was younger of a single JNJ stock. Years later we brought it to St Pedro’s to open an account and sell the stock. Of the stocks $170 value, $70 was charged by JNJ (not their fault) to have it transferred from my grandmothers name to mine. The stock sat in one of their accounts for about 2 years. I sold the stock and was then charged a $50 “inactive fee”. That’s a total scam.
