This bank is a nightmare to deal with. Their technology is behind that of other smaller banks and whoever they contracted their customer service to is garbage. Wait times are long and the customer service agent you get can’t help you anyway. You then have to put in a ticket with a specialist and they will call you back within one business day. If you are trying to do something fairly simple with your account be prepared for it to take a couple of business days. I am looking forward to closing my accounts with this bank.

Been a loyal customer for a handful of years now, payments always on time + extra at times. During this nationwide shut down where income and the future is uncertain, St Paul Federal Credit Union refuses to wave the fee for extending a payment..... I live in New York, I work in hospitality/ service industry. Due to the shut down I am one of millions who has not seen income in WEEKS. Friendly people that do t even know their own app been on the phone for an hour over something super simple app asked me for a one time password that never gets sent to me and I talked with people on the phone but they just kept saying the same thing or transferring me off. Not pleased...
Been with the credit union for years and love it. They will go out of there way to help you.
Always very friendly and helpful! I've worked with both locations for years and had wonderful experiences.
