Worst inconsiderate staff who wake the residents up who live in the street every morning at 7.30am on their into work shouting and screaming . Have complained many times to management and nothing ever gets done so they obviously agree with this behaviour. I feel sorry for the residents off the home with these selfish staff members. My mum went to st Nicholas nursing home Jan 23 could not fault the day staff on huskinson unit my mum has dementia in Dec 23 my mum behaviour changed very much fight or flight mode withdrawn would only sleep in the day time would be awake all night anxious aggressive agitated so was reported in jan 24 unwitnessed falls brusing to her face became evident..I spoke to manager and we agreed a 121 for her safety etc on 17th Feb 24 my mum was taken to hospital through unwitnessed fall where she substained a fracture neck fracture ... read more
