Long overdue review! We have been buying our shoes exclusively from Coastal Run since they first opened in St Michaels. We live in Alexandria, VA. Ever since our first visit, we only shop here for tennis shoes. They have the best merch and their customer service is what sets them apart! We have also visited their Easton location. I've been looking for new shoes for years and finally got a pair that fit great. Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The first pair I tried didn't fit right, but Jay ordered more options based on my critiques. The new shoes fit much better and that just happened to be in my favorite color too.
Adam was so helpful! I have lots of problems with my feet and he was able to find the perfect shoe. He also recommended an insole to get more life out of another pair of shoes. Thank you, Coastal Run!
