Do not use these guys they are professional scammers! Low quality work. They take shortcuts in their work and will leave you waiting months to get a job finished past the deadline. Not to mention the countless mistakes! Use any other company in the area highly do not recommend them.
Our experience with St. Michaels Kitchen & Bath was extremely frustrating and stressful. We signed a contract in November 2025 for a remodel of a bathroom. We were pressured into signing by Nadir that if we signed that day. Our contract stated our bathroom would be completed in 6 to 8 weeks. Work began February 23, 2025. This company has completely ruined our summer here in St. Michaels by taking way too long to complete our bathrooms. I cannot believe the amount of messed up installations. My wife has been crying non-stop! Thanks Nadir! You suck!
This company's "F" rating by BBB says it all. My experience with St. Michael’s Kitchen & Bath involved virtually every problem a homeowner fears: severely late deliveries (or crews not showing up at all), partial deliveries accompanied by pressure for full payment, major measurement errors, cabinets repeatedly built off-spec and remade, and ultimately having to seek arbitration through the Better Business Bureau. One star is too much. They took my deposit and never did the work and did not refund my money. They are totally unresponsive. I have had to file a claim through the state of Maryland to recover my money.
