My experience with St. Michael’s Kitchen & Bath involved virtually every problem a homeowner fears: severely late deliveries (or crews not showing up at all), partial deliveries accompanied by pressure for full payment, major measurement errors, cabinets repeatedly built off-spec and remade, and ultimately having to seek arbitration through the Better Business Bureau. One star is too much. They took my deposit and never did the work and did not refund my money. They are totally unresponsive. I have had to file a claim through the state of Maryland to recover my money.
I was in need of new cabinet hardware and house numbers. They have a very large selection of quality options. The order was filled seamlessly. The showroom is filled with a large inventory of kitchen and bath merchandise.
