I do not recommend this facility for anyone who truly cares about their loved ones. My father was a resident in the dementia ward at St. Michael’s, and our experience was heartbreaking. He fell out of bed more than once and developed bedsores. Hot meals often arrived cold, and the overall quality of care was lacking. There were repeated issues with staff using their phones during shifts or even sleeping in residents’ rooms.
