My mom was 90 yrs old, had a stroke and was brought here until she gets into a permanent place. She was on the 2nd floor, in the blue section. She had a shared room, her side had no windows. My father-in-law recently passed away at St. Michael's. In the week leading up to his death, his wedding bands and gold chain necklace were removed and are now missing. These included both his own wedding band and his father's, sentimental pieces that are now lost to our family forever. We have received no answers from the facility, and unfortunately, it seems this has happened to others as well.
